Return Policy
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.

Returns are allowed within 30 day's of purchase. You must have your original receipt, and your return will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase.

• All cut fabric purchases are final.

• Copyright laws mandate that books and patterns are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or redeemed for cash (unless the product is damaged).

• Notions can be returned or exchanged if unused and in original packaging; we will replace damaged notions at no charge.
• All gift card purchases are final.  We will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
