Sew-Ins
This a time for you to come to the shop to and work on your projects. There is no charge for this.
Date: Third Tuesday of every month
Denim and Daisies Bag
In this class we will be making a beautiful bag using fabrics from Denim and Daisies collection by Fig Tree and Co.
Finished size will be 18" X 19".
Tamrack Jacket
This class will create a beautiful quilted jacket.
Applique Class
This class will teach the basics of machine applique. We will construct a Sun Bonnet Sue block to learn this technique.
Beginner Quilting Class
Beginning Class #1
This class is designed to help beginners learn how to rotary cut, and sew with a 1/4 in. seam allowance. You will complete a lap size quilt.
There are nine 12" finished blocks in this quilt which makes this a fun quilt to make.
Binding Prep and Sewing Class
This class will teach you the ins and outs of machine binding or attaching binding by machine and finishing by hand.
English Paper Piecing
This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of English paper piecing. You will learn how to glue baste and stitch simple hexagons.
Foundation Paper Piecing
This class will cover the basic FPP technique. We will make 2 hot pads.
Skilled Beginner Class

Quilt As You Go
This fun class will have you quilting and finishing a quilt all at the same time.

This class will help you master mitered borders on your quilts.

- Supplies needed: Sewing machine, pins, binding clips. scissors, rotary cutter, 6" X 24" ruler, marking tool, walking foot, white or blue thread for quilting, batting or fusible fleece.
- You will need to bring your own lunch. We will supply the fun!
- Dates and Time: 9/26/24, 9/28/24, or 10/3/24 from 10 am - 4 pm.

- Supplies needed: Sewing machine, pins, binding clips. scissors, rotary cutter, 6" X 24" ruler, marking tool, walking foot, tamarack jacket pattern, pre-quilted fabric. prepared bias tape for binding, thread to match bias tape.
- You will need to bring your own lunch. We will supply the fun!
- Dates and Time: 10/17/24, 10/19/24, or 10/24/24 from 10 am - 4 pm.

Binding Prep and Sewing Class
This class will teach you the ins and outs of machine binding or attaching binding by machine and finishing by hand.

- Supplies: Bring a project that you need to bind. Binding material, matching threads (binding color and backing), sewing machine with all available feet), rotary cutter, ruler, binding clips, pins, and sewing needles.

Kaleidoscope Classes
- 7 Panel Class - This class will teach how to use 7 colorful panels to create a stunning quilt.
- Dates: Next Date TBD
- Supply list: 7 matching panels, rotary cutter, 6" X 24" ruler, 60 degree triangle ruler, flat quilt pins, more pins of your choice (for organizational purposes), sewing machine, seam ripper, iron and mat (optional but would be helpful to have)
- Cost: $50
- Border Class - This class will teach how to use printed border fabric to create a quilt.
- Dates: TBD
- Time: 9:30 am to 4 pm (This is a full day class so you will need to bring a lunch and snacks)
- Supply List: Pattern, 8.75 yards - Border material of your choice, Creative grids spider ruler, pins, flat pins, sewing machine, rotary cutter, 6" X 24" ruler.
- Cost: $65
- Yardage Class - This class will teach how to use yardage to create a visually stunning quilt.
Kids Class
This class will be held in the summer. Dates will TBD.

- SPECIAL NOTE: You will need to cut all material before the day of class. If you need help with selections, please come in and visit (you will receive a discount on any material you purchase for this class). Once you have paid, you will receive the cutting instructions.
